AFLW 2025 Portraits - Chloe Molloy
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - MARCH 18: Sydney Swans AFLW player Chloe Molloy uses a trampoline at Sydney Swans Football Club on March 18, 2025 in Sydney, Australia. The trampoline workouts add some instability to challenge the joint without risking body contact. According to Emily Leys the Head Physio at the Swans AFLW it creates controlled chaos to help both build strength in the knee as well as trust and confidence in the joint from the athlete. Chloe ruptured her ACL in September 2024 and underwent ACL reconstruction surgery where a hamstring graft is used to replace the torn anterior cruciate ligament. Typical recovery process from injury to playing is 12 months or more. Chloe returned to AFLW in the round one match on August 15th. (Photo by Darrian Traynor/Getty Images via AFL Photos)
